We are currently offering free shipping on ground orders over $100. This offer excludes all expedited shipping and orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Shipping and Delivery
Our packages are sent via UPS. Delivery Monday through Friday only, no weekend delivery. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS with a delivery time of 7-10 business days. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 10:00 AM Central Standard time. Standard delivery normally takes five to seven business days. You may request 2nd Day at an additional charge. We are unable to ship 2nd day to Canada and Minnesota residents. Please call for an estimated delivery time. We are currently unable to ship overseas, to PO, APO or FPO Boxes. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged an additional $15 Destination Charge; Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $10 Destination Charge.

Second Day Delivery
Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10 AM Central Standard Time. Add $15.00 to shipping and handling. Certain items are excluded or may be charged an additional shipping fee due to weight or size. For Second Day Air to Hawaii or Alaska please call for shipping quote.
Overnight/Next Day Delivery
Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10 AM Central Standard Time. Add $50.00 to shipping and handling. Certain items are excluded or may be charged an additional shipping fee due to weight or size. For Next Day Air to Hawaii or Alaska please call for shipping quote. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.
Prices
The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, rates apply for each address.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards will be shipped using standard USPS delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a tracking number for this option.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
Oversize items
Additional shipping charges may be added to standard shipping and handling cost on oversized or heavy items. We will contact you if an additional charge is necessary.
Additional Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is on the way. Occasionally orders will require special processing by a customer service representative. In these rare cases you would be notified by email.
Return Policy
Patina takes great pride in our merchandise and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service whether in our stores or at our web site. You may exchange or return the item(s) by courier, or to one of our store locations with pack list/receipt within two weeks of receiving for a full refund. After two weeks, you will receive a merchandise credit to be used online or at any of our store locations. Returns up to 30 days.
