Demolition of the building on 50th & Bryant will begin on Tuesday, July 20th and continue on throughout the week.

Patina is dedicated to the effort of rebuilding and maintaining the local spirit and mixed-use synergy of the building that was enjoyed and beloved by many.  Our team of experts include builder Streeter & Associates working in collaboration with architects from Gensler.  This team will work closely with us to develop a new and improved structure that is tailored to the neighborhood.  We love South Minneapolis!  We hope to begin construction early fall.
