At this time Patina ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada


How do I receive Free Shipping?
Free Shipping applies to all ground orders in the United States when the total of your order is $100 or more, exluding Alaska and Hawaii. This is a web offer only; it does not apply to items ordered over the phone through our stores. This offer does not apply when shipping to multiple addresses at once. In this case each individual order would have to reach the $100 mark to apply for free shipping.
When will my order ship?
If your order is placed on a weekday and received before 11:00am CT, your order will typically ship the same day. Orders received after 11:00am CT will typically ship the next day. Orders received on the weekend will ship on the following Monday, unless it is a Holiday. Orders placed on Holidays will typically ship the next business day. Orders shipped to Canada ship in 1-3 business days and are in transit for an additional 7-10 days. Some orders may take more processing time than others.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by the total dollar amount of your order and is free for all ground orders in the United States when the total of your order is $100 or more, exluding Alaska and Hawaii. You may also choose to expedite your shipping. Please refer to the chart on the top of this page to estimate your shipping cost.
What if I don’t feel comfortable ordering online?
Your personal information is secure and safe with us online; however, if you are uncomfortable ordering at www.Patinastores.com, you may call our Customer Service Center at 866-877-9995 M-F 8am-4pm and a representative will be happy to assist you with placing an order over the phone.
How is my order shipped?
All US orders are shipped through UPS and all Canadian orders are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. UPS delivers Monday through Friday, no Saturday or Holiday delivery guaranteed.
What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer Three Day, Two Day and Overnight options at an additional charge. Click here to view shipping rates. Sorry, we are unable to expedite shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or other military bases?
No. We ship all but Canadian orders through UPS who, in turn, do not ship to these addresses.
Should I expect any additional shipping charges?
Additional shipping charges may be added to standard shipping and handling cost on oversized or heavy items. We will contact you if an additional charge is necessary.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Upon order completion you will receive an email with an order number, order summary and tracking number. If you do not see an email from Patinastores.com check your Spam and/or Junk folders or call our Customer Service Center.
How do I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check your Spam and Junk folders). You will be directed to go to www.ups.com (if in the United States) or www.usps.com (if in Canada) and enter the tracking number into the space provided. Please allow 12-24 hours after you’ve received the shipping confirmation email to track your package.
According to my tracking number, the package says it was delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do now?
If your package is lost or stolen please call our Customer Service Center at 866-877-9995 and we will file a claim with UPS. Typically, we will be able to ship out a new order immediately while the claim is being investigated by UPS.
My package arrived with damaged merchandise inside. What do I do now?
Please call a Customer Service Representatives at 866-877-9995 and we will enact a damage claim with UPS. Keep the box or package and all contents in the event UPS needs to investigate the damaged item(s).
How are Gift Cards shipped?
All gift cards are shipped through the United States Postal Service for FREE! You have the opportunity to add a gift message at the time of checkout. To purchase another amount not shown on the Gift Card page, please call our Customer Service Center at 866-877-9995. Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at any of our 6 Patina store locations.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Items are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. If an item(s) is backordered, you will be charged up front and the item(s) will ship as soon as they are in stock; no additional shipping charges will be added.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to persons residing with a Minnesota billing address only.
Why is my order not going through?

How do I PREORDER an item?
You may preorder any item that is currently listed as backordered or out of stock. You can sign up to receive an email notification once the item is back in stock or call one of Representatives at our Customer Service Center at 866-877-9995 to preorder!
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We gift wrap any item for FREE! Gift wrapping includes signature purple Patina boxes and tissue with red cotton curl ribbon. If item is too large for our purple boxes, tissue paper will be used instead with red cotton curl ribbon. Simply check the gift wrap option at checkout and include a gift message that we will personally hand write on post-consumer recycled card stock.
What does "Earth-Friendly" packaging mean?
We believe in being good to the environment, recycling and reusing. All of the packaging materials used at www.patinastores.com have come to us through vendor product ordering and have been reused throughout the company, including any or all of our 6 store locations.
What is your Return policy?
Patina takes great pride in our merchandise and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service whether in our stores or at www.patinastores.com. You may exchange or return an item(s) by courier to us with pack list or order confirmation within 2 weeks for a full refund. Refunds do not include original or returned shipping cost. Return within 30 days for store credit. Store credit will be sent to you in Patina’s Gift Card format.
